SW Command ControlThe application package is aimed at a comprehensive solution for the coordination of rescue and intervention units. We have built a unique Coordination Operations Center (COC), with functional HW and SW equipment covering the entire logic from incident reporting to case resolution.

It ensures the reception of calls and control of radio communication, enables communication through all communication channels.
Module "Integration of Voice interfaces"
Integration of all communication channels, preset communication groups and their rules, support for recording, logging and indexing, control of remote communication interfaces, integration of voice, statuses and status information.
"Call center application" module
Communication with the telephone switchboard, conference calls, automatic connection of calls, assignment of calls to registered events.
