MonitormeA comprehensive package of tools for fleet management. The system consists of a vehicle unit installed in each vehicle, a communication console for the driver, a dispatcher's workplace as well as a managerial, economic and administrative interface.
System modules
Module "Vehicles and Objects on the Map" Displays the current location of objects and graphically plots their route for the selected time period on the map.
"Operating parameters" module Displays current as well as historical information on operating parameters over time such as battery status, speed, fuel status, engine speed, activation of the signaling device, door opening.
"Areas" module It is used to review and manage areas on the map.
"Ride book" module It serves to clearly display and edit the routes of the selected object in the selected time period.
"Costs" module Allows collecting information on all costs associated with vehicles and their operation, thus creating a quick, systematic and comprehensible overview. Attention is particularly focused on fuel consumption.
"Alarms" module Online reacts to situations defined using settings such as entering and leaving a defined area, speeding, fuel theft or an accident.
"Notifications and reminders" module Alerts users to deadlines defined using settings such as maintenance, insurance service, etc. by e-mail, SMS or directly in the application with an information message.
"Reports" module Creation, viewing, export and printing of individual types of reports, which can be used to monitor and analyze the operation of the monitored device.
"Communication and News" module Enables communication with the driver.
"Transport and route planning" module Allows you to interactively create, optimize and plan routes and stops and then send the itinerary to the driver.
"Settings" module Various user settings, e.g. automatic generation of reports, settings of drivers, categories, types of costs and the like.
