The goal of the software solution is to offer the client operating a large fleet a tool for its simple and effective management. The system consists of separate modules that are integrated into one IS.
The whole solution is built to achieve the following basic points:
"Call center" module
Provides direct customer contact services. The operator always registers any event that was communicated to him in the IS. The application provides an overview of all calls made, it is also possible to track all tasks that arose from receiving a call.
"Dispatch" module
Manages and dispatches individual intervention components. On the map, it has immediate information about the status and location of all exit vehicles.
Module „Monitoring“
It provides information on the location, condition and selected parameters of vehicles in real time.
"Service care and operations center" module
It provides a graphical user environment designed for optimal and simple management and solution of the situation within the complex care of the vehicle fleet. The model allows editing, editing and overview of all tasks related to the operation of the client. Each task (process) is registered in the system and belongs to an individual customer and vehicle. At all times, it has a designated solver who covers it or communicates with the client.
"Fleet management" module
Designated for the management of organizations, fleets, contact persons and various administrations. The module offers tools for efficient resource planning and overall company operation.
