Postal Excellence

The front office software package provides support for the entire life cycle of different types of shipments, from registered mail to parcels. The life cycle begins with delivery at a counter, courier, parcel box, kiosk or post office partner and ends with delivery to the addressee and cash on delivery billing.

The front office provides support for all types of letter and parcel shipments and can process millions of shipments per day. The system supports various types of shipments, registers customers and their special conditions for delivery, delivery, transportation, charging, routing and handling of shipments. The mentioned functionality is available for workstations at post offices, mobile devices of workers in the field and in the background, as well as for customers through the online web interface.

At the beginning of 2023, a new, even more sophisticated version of the Postal Excellence 5.0 software package will be introduced, which will bring radical technological improvements and several brand new functionalities.
